Cleaning for a Reason

Those of you in the U S
Did you know that there is an organization in the US called Cleaning for a Reason? They coordinate professional cleaning services to go in your home and help you out for free. I have sent them a note asking if it is only for cancer patients.
Wouldn't something like this just be awesome for Vasculitis patients esp newly diagnosed? or post hospital stay? (I know there were times with the neuropathy so bad in my feet that I would have loved this)
